Megan has worked in law firms since she finished school, starting as an office junior and going on to study law at Otago University.  After gaining her degree and being admitted to the bar, Megan went on to be a Senior Associate and joined Scholefield Law in 2016.

Megan particularly enjoys working in Property, Trusts, Estate and Elder Law.  She enjoys listening to and working with older people to “plan” for the future.  Sympathetic and easy to talk to, Megan will work with you to achieve your goals.

Outside work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and pets.  She loves all things netball: playing, managing and administration, she is a life member of the St Mary's Netball Club in Invercargill, where she was President for 14 years. She is very involved in Southland Mens and Mixed Netball, has also been on the Invercargill Netball Executive and is a service award holder with INC.  When she's not at the stadium, Megan enjoys watching all the sports her daughter is involved in and being her chauffeur, as well as crafts and creating.
